Virtual Adult chair yoga

Sitting and calmness have much in common with yoga. They both invite pondering, inquisitiveness, and insightfulness. If you have never tried a yoga class, chair yoga is a great way to start. All classes are taught via Zoom. a valid email address is required to participate when registering. For this class all students will need a chair and an open mind. This class focuses on breathing more effectively, paying close attention to your body , and moving with more balance, and flexibility. There will be some standing poses as well.  Registration required for this program.
