Virtual Family YOGA! Online
JOYFUL Stretch Yoga will be co-hosting a ZOOM family yoga class on Tuesday, Aug. 4th at 11am and then again on Wednesday, Aug. 12th at 5pm. The instructor will create a unique class filled with yoga poses and storytelling.. Please register for each individual class to recieve the ZOOM information, the ZOOM app will be needed for this class. On the morning of the event we will send out the invite code to enter the class.
This program will be presented using Zoom. Participants that register and provide a working email address will receive the login information.
Using Zoom:
Zoom can be accessed in multiple ways –
- Mobile devise (phone or tablet)
- Desktop or Laptop
Your devise will need a webcam and microphone to participate. You do not need a Zoom account to attend our program. To join, click on the provided link from your email or LibCal event description, follow the prompts from Zoom. You might have to download Zoom. If the program requires a password and meeting ID, it can be found in the invitation. Once this is complete, you will be prompted to enter your name which will be displayed on screen. You will be put into a “waiting room” and will be admitted by the library host.
