Polish Cooking with Chef Michael Niksic In-Person

The library welcomes Chef Michael Niksic as he shares an evening of Polish recipes from his e-book "Hearty & Healthy Polish Cooking". Learn details about cooking methods too often left out during most culinary presentations. The chef is sure to share some of the many hilarious events that have taken place during his colorful career here in the Chicago area. The program promises to be FUN, casual and very informative. Ample portions will be served and recipes shared. This program is appropriate for all skill levels. Chef Niksic has been the features chef at the Taste of Polonia for 9 years running held annually at the Copernicus Theater in Chicago over the Labor Day weekend." He has appeared hundreds of times between most every popular network & cable channel including ESPN SportsCenter!
