Mollie's War: One Woman's Experience in Women's Army Corp In-Person
Join us for a local author visit with Cyndee Schaffer as she discusses Mollie’s War, a mother-daughter collaborative memoir of Mollie’s service in World War II in the Women's Army Corp (WACS). This epic story is told through letters, interviews, and conversations between Mollie and her daughters as they came to a new understanding of each other and the forgotten ladies of the WACS. (R)
