Introduction to Water-Bath Canning In-Person
In this interactive demonstration, local food blogger and cookbook author, Emily Paster, will demystify the process of water-bath canning, a safe easy method of home food preservation for jam, jelly, relish, pickles and more. Emily will demonstrate one of the delicious recipes from her latest cookbook The Joys of Jewish Preserving and walk participants through the entire canning process, so that they will feel confident preserving at home. Following the presentation, Emily will be available to sign copies of her book.
Presenter will have her cookbooks available for purchase.
