With Summer Reading fast approaching its end, lets kick it off with a big finale!
Jazz for the Generations by The Planet Flippo Duo offers a program of unique, creative arrangements that span the 60’s to the present, with stimulating versions of recognizable melodies that seems to have surprising new chords, a new groove or tempo, a different meter or a wild new bass line. This music includes arrangements by Sly Stone, Stevie Wonder, Lenon/McCartney, Bob Dylan, Joni Mitchell, Jimi Hendrix, Cream, Radiohead, Flaming Lips, Amy Winehouse, Sound Garden and more.
